Though I already have a cake stand for my upcoming wedding (a log), it would be great to have something like this for less outdoor-sy functions involving cake!

I have planned a "Tea Party" brunch for my 82 year old Irish grandmother at the beginning of April and would love to have this delicious looking cake stand to display the pastries I will be serving. Aside from that I would also use the stand for cupcakes, macarons, tarts, cupid cakes, candy apples, etc. Not to mention winning a Amy Atlas giveaway would be like finding the gold at the end of the rainbow! May the luck of the Irish be with you all! ;)

That is SOOO pretty! I love this! I want it! I would use it for my bridal shower ( which is going to be Marie Antionette themed with LOTS of pretty pastries) and for my wedding cake! And then I could display it, when we finally get a home, for my truffles and cupcakes!

Wow! These cake stands really make a person want to take a 2nd, 3rd and 4th look and then to imagine the goodies on top of it...deleckable. This would make such a great gift for my cousin. She bakes and sells cakes out of her home, when she isn`t doing day care.

Thanks for the chance to enter!

I read through many of the posts and enjoyed seeing the variety of items that people would like to place on the cake stand: from jewelry, to bon-bons, to cakes. It was also interesting to see all the different events that were mentioned. While I know you'll choose this winner probably at random, I want to add my ideas as well.

My husband's birthday cake would fill such a stand, as would my collection of memorabilia from my overseas travels. I could also imagine freshly iced cookies for the various holidays, the white cake stand setting off the pinks, greens, red-white-and-blues and oranges of all the cookies throughout the year.

I read your blog faithfully--thanks for sharing your work with us!

Madelines.....beautifully dusted with cocoa, Madelines. Decorated with jasmine blossoms for a special Valentine's Day Brunch. If I had more than one I'd arrange flower shaped candles on it for a centerpiece.

I'm currently designing my cousin's bat mitzvah and would love to use this for her sweet table {and then I'd use it every other day of the week for me}! It is adorable!

Oh-how-loverly. I'd use this for the center of our island in the kitchen. I'd change the vignette each week depending on my moods. It is gorgeous!
