Lavender Snowflake Dessert Buffet

This past weekend, I had the honor of being featured at Elegant Bride and the Wedding Library's Wedding Event at the New York Palace. We re-created a dessert buffet that we recently designed for a client. The dessert buffet included a crystal wedding cake adorned with sugar snowflakes, opalescent barber poles, billowy marshmallows, and fondant snowflake petit fors. The table looked like a lavender winter wonderland!

Happy MLK Day...

With the upcoming inauguration we thought it appropriate to dedicate this post to the President-elect Barack Obama and Vice President-elect Joe Biden. We are so excited for the positive changes to come. Hopefully there will be some significant modifications in the economy and peace between the nations. Patriotic parties are a fun way to gather friends and family together to celebrate our country. Red, white and blue cupcakes, candies and cakes can spice up any table and Obama themed desserts are adorable and appropriate. Looking forward to the “Change We Can Believe In”….
